New representatives start at 30% and can easily work their way up to 50% with 10 or more loans. This is the highest payout in the industry! Both your personal production and your team production count toward increasing your commission.
You can earn an incredible income by recruiting other professionals and building your own team. You only need to do 1 personal loan and recruit 1 rep to be eligible for overrides.
Your 1st level recruits – 20% override

Effective immediately, the recruiting and training bonus has changed. You qualify with two personal recruits, and then retro to the first rep for that month. Top Equity Financial will pay you $50 for each agent as a training bonus. There is no limit and it is calculated on a month to month basis.
The new agent info must be faxed or emailed to TEF by the last day of the month at close of business - 5 PM Mountain Standard Time. The money is paid at the 15th of the following month.
We hope this simplifies the program as there was some confusion with the last program. Why? Because it was confusing!! :)
